Doc,
encounter with massage lady briefly licked her nipple....small cut on tongue, there was no blood from this cut....what is my risk???? do i need to get checked??????

People with HIV don't shed the virus through their nipples or skin. And the chance your massage partner had HIV probably is near zero anyway.  Definintely no risk, no worries, no need for testing.

Good luck--  HHH, MD

Do not want to waste your time.
over the last 3 days have visited every site for a possible answer.
is there a chance of HIV transmission even assuming the lady was hiv+
married and scared....i am sure other men will have the same problems/anxieties as lots of people have bleeding gums etc..... maybe your answer reassure them and me

No, there is no chance.  You are overthinking it.  You are making an argument about the safety of your exposure, not its risk.  Yes, lots of people have bleeding gums, and yet nobody among the 40+ million people infected in the past 25 years, not one acquired HIV in the way you suggest.  That is a fact that should reassure you, not alarm you.

You came here for reassurance. I gave it.  Accept it and move on.  Let it go.  I will have no further comments.
