Ever since we had ever i started to worry my self sick about. I started looking for signs of stds, and now is in my head the word HIV.I have frequents headaches and muscle aches and itchy skin. I havent stop thinking about not even for a minute. i wonder could it be anxiety or stress the way i am feeling? i cant wait to go and get tested but its too soon. can anybody please tell what they think.

you cannot use symptoms to diagnose hiv.  the symptoms of infection are also the same symptoms associated with a LARGE number of common everyday illnesses.  anxiety can cause physical symptoms to appear.

a test 3 months post exposure will give you conclusive results.

FOR THE FUTURE:
until you are in a monogamous relationship where both of you have tested...ALWAYS use condoms.  sex lasts a few minutes...HIV LASTS A LIFETIME.

hi,

Thank you very much for your answer. I did ask him like two days after we had sex, because i started feeling really bad about it. He said no i have never gotten an std in my life  and he told me he was 100% sure he doesnt have hiv. but now The reasoon i am scare its because i dont believe since this guy is married and he basically cheated on his wife with me. So what makes me think he hasn't done it before with other womans. I   asked him if hes done this before, he said I had years  i didn't had sex with somebody else but my wife and he said he got tested for hiv like six months ago. omg but i dont know what to think i am going insane about my feelings. my body aches doens't go away neither does my headache and  itchy skin.I am really scare because i have a 3 year old girl and i want to be with  her forever.

i am in the same thing( living with anxiety) many answers here, but is better if a phsitian talk to you,,
estresss and anxiety will make all the sypthoms u having and even more,,,,so thats not a way to be
u have 3 choices/
1= ask that guy if he is std free!
2= see if u develope any ars(fever, sollwn nodes,flu-like) with in first 3 weks
3= get a rapid test after 6 weeks,,,followimg by a elisa test a 3 months

unfortunly unprotect sex is a hogh risk(if hiv virus is present) so if u have ths new stress,of thinking,,u better now just wait and get tested at proper time
(6 weeks its good for first test) the conclusive ine will at 90 days(3months)
there isother test that can tell u if u re infected or not after few days afetr exposure,,but only doctor can order those,,the u need to see a phisitian if u wan as soon a posible
take care
u will be fine

Sounds very much like anxiety.
Symptons or lack of does not reveal your hiv status.

Unfortunately you did have a risk.  However, the odds are in your favor to come out of this unscathed.   Keep your mind busy on other things (it is very difficult i know...but try)

Learn from this and protect yourself in the future.
