i just did a hiv test and it came out negative but i just had sex 4 weeks ago and i have been having having diarrhea for the last 2 days does that have anything to do with each other and should i still be worried

if you had protected sex  or unprotected oral sex then you did not need to test in the first place..
if you had unprotected vaginal or anal sex then you need to test at the correct time which is 3 mths post exposure
