YES.But you have to remember that not all persons infected will have ARS symptoms,however the majority will have very high fevers which is considered to be the most common of the 3 main ARS symptoms.

ARS symptoms appear 2 to 4 weeks after infection and last anywhere between 4 days and 2 weeks.They don't come and go.
