HIV is a scary thought, so it's understandable that it makes you panic from time-to-time.  Some would call you crazy for worrying so much, or that you should move on, but HIV is something that you should constantly have your guard up for.  As long as you didn't have risky activity within the 3 months prior, you can be sure (100% sure, once again, ONE HUNDRED PERCENT) that you did not have HIV at the time of your test.  But harness your worries that you had over this to help you stay safe so that you don't have to feel that anxiety again.  Use condoms regularly, even for oral if you have recent cuts or sores in your mouth, and get tested once a year!
