how accurate is HIV ( AG\AB ) test

Hello Guys,
i was wondering how accurate is the HIV ( AG \ AB ) test after a time of 6 months from the last exposure ?

is it a 100% accurate OR there could be a chance to have the virus . ?

It's 99.89% accurate at 4 weeks,so at 6 Months it's 100%.No chance to have the Hiv virus with a negative DUO test at 6 months.

so if someone take it in July , then repeat it in Dec , Both are Negative Results , is that means that he is a 100% free of possible HIV infection ?
