how accurate is oraquick hiv rapid test 3 months after protected vaginal and unprotected oral sex?

I got tested with oraquick HIV rapid test 3 months after having protected vaginal and unprotected oral sex. The results came back negative.  I wanna know if this test is as accurate as blood HIV rapid test? Thanks beforehand
