how likely?

i was at a strip club last week and believe i had 3-4 thrusts inside a stripper. no ejaculation, in fact i was so intoxicated i wasn't fully erect. when i realized what was going on, i retreated out of the situation. what are the chances of hiv contraction in that scenario?

One in a thousand, but you could get infected with just one exposure.  The fact is, (assuming you had no protection) you have been exposed and so testing is warranted.

PS: acupressure? are you a practitioner or patient? One of my best buddies is an acupuncturist.
