You describe an unhealthy obsession about this, and lots of anxiety.  Your DUO test was conclusive, you don't need anymore testing.  If you cannot find a way off the bandwagon, seek some help.

You know, there are rules about excessive posts about no risk events, and especially after you have received negative results. As you described in a prior post. Your test result at 29 days was conclusive, further testing was not warranted. In fact, oral sex is not considered a risk for HIV transmission and did not even require testing in the first place.
You obviously suffer from extreme anxiety, and need to consult a medical professional to help you move through these issues.

i know on here they say oral insertive or receptive is no risk but it does carry a risk, clearly it must.

You are fine.

The risks for oral nowadays is classed as zero. No risk. I would not worry at all.
