i am at risk?

I had sex without condom with african girl in egypt , i feel worry as i had some symp. As swollen lymph glands at neck and some mouth ulcers for some days and then dissp. Also sometimes pain in muscles and skin rash on arms non itchy , doctor said that i am Ok , and I had HIV Test  AB COBAS after 2 months and 18 days exactly ,and it was Negative but i still have skin rash and i am worried , so please doctors help me and what i should do?

Thank you 'so much for help , so small mouth ulcers and skin rash is not serious matter?  Anyway thanks for helping me , i really appreciate this

You had unprotected sex, so you exposed yourself to HIV risk. Though your 78-79 days AB test is almost conclusive (we have never seen any negative test turning otherwise, when done after 6 weeks), you may repeat it after 3 months of your exposure, collect your final and conclusive report and move on with your life. Lesson learned, Never ever unprotected again with anyone, outside your mutually committed monogamous relationship. Skin rashes alone, do not fall into the category of HIV related symptoms
