i am concern for my child

hi
I live with my aunt who has HIV. Last week my aunt was in her menstrual cycle and after using the bathroom she forgot to flush. Minutes later my 4 year old girl rushed to the bathroom and after she was done i realize that there was blood in the water. I am not sure that the water splashed my child . But it concerns me because my child suffers of constipation and sometimes bleeds . Is it possible my child can get HIV after this incident? PLEASE HELP
