i am confused about the symptoms.. please help

well i always had protected sex with everybody.. except my last encounter.. she was a he.. i mean a trans.... i asked her if she is healthy and i meant about stds and hiv and she said she always check herself for every minor rash or symptom.. so well we did oral sex to each other.. but neither of us come inside her and my mouth... i felt some precum which as soon as i felt it i tried to clean it up with a towel.. and then i penetrate her... and i came in inside....
now it has been 5 weeks.. and in the beggining of the week i had a sore throat on the upper level and some post nasal drip, well the next day i had nasal congestion and it was yellow.. and still sore throat.. i treated it as a normal cold.. and the same day but later the sore throat ceased but i had a nasal and chest congestion.. and now it is the third day.. and no more sore throat only nasal and chest congestion which is getting better, but i feel an very low fever and numbness in my hear.. and today also had a watery diarrhea.. but i think it is because i took a bunch of pills the day before with a empty stomach.. and it is also very low.. no pain..i am confused it has been only 5 weeks.. how many weeks should i wait before i take the test..?

As i understand u had Unprotected Vaginal/Anal sex with a transexual worker.
U need to Test.
As per the doctor a Test between 6-8 weeks is enough.u can wait till that period and then test again at week 12 to ease ur levels.

dunt these sentences prove that he was unprotected and he penetrated...though he didnt say where...vagina...*** or mouth...

i dont think there was any anal bleeding she used a lot of lube.. but i still worry for symptoms... do you think these symptoms are related to HIV?

you had some of the riskiest type of sex anal topping.  You must test at six weeks and confirm at 90 days.  As far as this person giving you their health history makes almost no difference if this was a one time event for you meaning with a stranger.  get the tests and do not have sex until after confirmation unprotected.  ALWAYS WEAR A CONDOM FOR ANAL AND VAGINAL SEX AND DON'T DO DRUGS. ok... i waited 87 days.. and i took the test... and 4 days later, today.. i went to pick it up... it says.. index value: specimen reactivity relative to the negative cutoff.

does it mean it is negative right...?

no they didnt say any anything... they just gave the results in a envelope.. and i went to my car.. put music... and i open the letter and that is what it said...
