i am really very worry about HIV

Dear Doctor,i have used condom and have a protected sexual behavior with a sex worker.although i know my action is very safety,yesterday i know she is a ARDS.So i am really very worry about  that whether i have infected,i am not sure.Can you give me your help ,thanks!

How could you know anyway she was HIV positive? Yes, you're safe and don't need to get tested.

Becase of i had known some knowledges about HIV,I was very worry and used the self-test dipstick about HIV to her,unfortunately it was positive results.
Recently, I always feel very uncomfortable and also know it is psychological effect.Correct use of condoms to prevent AIDS has absolute effects,is it right of my understanding?Thank you of your kind.
