i have sdry mouth and pain bach and neck

i had 6.5 month ago a sex with sex worker with protected and suddenly my condom rolled up and i use it again after day i had buring in my urine and my doctor gave me tablet after 10 days i had test and culture it was good but up to 3 month i have problem my doctor told me i had problem in my prostat after 4 month itbeen good i couldent sleep and everyday i was on internet after 7 weeks i got catchcold with fever and sore throat for 3 days after 3.5 month i got test hiv it was negative but 2 month i have dry mouth and 1 month pain back and feel like pin poking on my back and my hand so i got test in 4.5 month it was negative please help me i scare og dieing and i have these two problem and i have a thing in my throat .what is this? this is symptom hiv or other infection please help me

thankyou verymuch sorry me if i ask you question i had any problem up to 6 month ago but after exposure i find a lot of problem you think i dont have hiv because i scare for my wife and i cannot sleep somebody tell me after 6 month result test is ok you think these problem pain bach and nech, dry mouth and sore throutand sometimes a pin on my back ,finger all of them related to anexity and sterres and all of them go my wife 1 month after with me had a spasm in foot and pain back for 5 days and fater 6 month sometimes have and pain on finger for 2 minutes or hand of course sometimes i scare every time that tell me i have problem , this sex with another person was for first time i had anytime ,please help me when you answer me i got energy to god i need to your help and other people that has information the same as teak please answer me
