i am a male and i have unprotected sex with a female but i did not ejaculate, but she ejaculated a lot, can i get aids if the person is infected

HIV is transmitted through bodily fluids ( vaginal fluid,semen, blood) of infected individuals.  If your penis had contact with the woman's vaginal secretions, blood, etc and you are unsure of her HIV status, you need to be tested @ 6 weeks . If NEGATIVE, you require a CONCLUSIVE test @ 3 months. In the futre, if you are NOT in a monogamous relationship and know each other's HIV status, please use condoms EVERYTIME.

Is it possible to contract HIV by penis touching the other side of the condom, or hand touching the vagina then touching the penis? Especially if the penis has a long open scabbing sore from podifilox?
