All you're doing is rephrasing your questions...our answers are not going to change!

No risk whatsoever...you don't need testing.  You cannot get HIV fromsharing drinking glasses, eating utensils, toilet seats, etc.

IF he actually had a risk and a risk is unprotected penetrative anal/vaginal sex OR injecting street drugs wiht a shared needle, then he can test now and it will be conclusive.

HIV is deactivated as soon as it comes into contact with the environment, this includes water.  You will not get HIV in the manner you describe. Yes, water would deactivate the virus.

Thank everybody  for  reply and answers.you put  my mind  a little at  rest..and really thank for your helps..and my 2 last question : 1.my friend guess he infected with hiv virus about 4 or 5 years ago (when he was 14 years old). But he is  uncertainty.he had not fever or headache and skin problems.he can study and he can play football and body building and I not feel  fatigue he is  not  usually sick  and I think his immune system  is not weak.he has not symptoms of hiv from  about 5 years ago to now. Should he take a test for  hiv now?2.can water remove  hiv from glass?(if  just wash by  water(not hot) without soap)

Wrong, you must be talking about HCV.The HIV virus is so fragile outside the body that is becomes damaged instantly. If it could survive as long as you suggest there would be millions more people infected by now.

Just calm down and breathe. HIV is not transmitted in that manner. You are fine!! :)

for someone who had a risk...YOU DID NOT...a test at 3 months is CONCLUSIVE and further testing is not needed.

once again...you had NO risk

You don't need to be anxious anymore.Hiv is not transmitted via sharing drinks because the Hiv virus becomes inactive as soon as it is exposed to air and therefore is unable to infect you.
