i know bettter but anxiety is taking over

I work as a nurse in a hospital and have recently taking care of my unknowning at the time, my first HIV + patient.  Not knowing  his HIV status and out of my own ignorance, i flushed his heplock and gave him IV meds without gloves.  The iv system we use is needless so i didn't even have a needle or see any visible blood there.  My hands had no open wounds or cuts on them.  After administering the meds  I used the alcohol sanitizer in the room.  Should I be worried and tested?  OR is my anxiety taking over?  I definitely got a quick reminder to always wear gloves.
