i need some peace of mind... or a prayer...
I just had a western blot test done for HIV on the 15th of September two months ago I had unprotected sex I know I know huge mistake trust me I feel like I'm paying for it... anyways I'm losing my mind and I'm making myself sick from anxiety thinking about my test so I went and got a oraquick test done and it came out to be negative but I read the box and it says it needs to be done three months and its only been two months its all I think about day and night I haven't slept this whole time all I can do is think I would say about a week after my encounter I had ulcers in my mouth and a cold sore on my lip fallowed by a fever and swollen tonsils with white spots and a white tongue the fever lasted a day or two but the with spots stayed on my tonsils and I had a white tongue for a whole mouth but during that time I wasn't in pain of any kind I also had some discharge and got treated for BV and the white on the tonge and the spots when away but now I'm having really bad muscle aches in my legs and up and down my arms with sharp pain at the bottom of my feet all I do every day is sit at the computer and google my symptoms and all point to HIV all I can do is cry and call the health department everyday to see in my results are in i don't know what kind of answer I'm looking for i guess just someone's opinion
We can't tell you were to test, you will have to see what Dr's do tests or clinics.
I do not know why you had a Western Blot.
If this test comes back negative, just retake another antibody test at 3 months.
