i put on a condom again, after it had slipped off,was this safe or unsafe ?

Hello doctor
I had sex with a girl i last week,it was the first time we met.(And also the first time i had sex,so i didn't have any experience).I used a condom when vaginal sex,but when i was started to cum,i pulled out and the condom slipped off.I think it slipped when i was pulling out because half of the condom was still inside the girl's vaginal, and half of it was outside.(I remember that i felt the moment the condom slipped off,it was outside). But after that,i took the condom and put it back on and continued(For about 2-3 minutes). At that moment, did my condom still safe ? Was this unprotected sex or protected sex ? Please give me advice.
Thank you very much.
Bill.

I have something to ask.... Let me first explain my story.     I had sex 3 weeks ago and I have protected sex with my partner (who is negative or so she tells me)    During our process we changed positions but, just like the question up ahead,  the condom slipped off and I reused it. I also (dont know why i did it) blew the condom up like a balloon to see if the was any holes (but there wasnt) The other thing is that I fingered my girl for 2 minutes and I have a scab on the corner of my nails, only a few (habit of biting and tearing fingernails)
My main concern is:
1. Was there a risk of my reusage of a slipped condom and blowing into it?
2. Was there a risk for fingering a girl with a scab or cut or scar on my fingers?

Plz reply I'm suffering from anxiety and loss of appetite here and I lost 10 pounds.  Although I tested negative a month after our first encounter and i came back negative, I had sex again and I'm still worried.  Should get tested in march (1 month exact) or am I just flipping out here

what if u have a small tiny cut outside the body of penis, is there any possibility for the vaginal fluids to enter the tiny-winy cut? whats the chances of contracting hiv from it? If u have wash your penis and soap, does that the decrease the chance of hiv? does it take sometime for the vaginal fluids to enter the body? how quick does it take for the infected fluid to enter the body?

No, you would NOT be infected with HIV in this manner regrdless of your details. HIV is NOT transmitted through vaginal fluids outside of the body.

Thank you very much for your answer. But i still wonder, cause after my condom had slipped off,i put it on again. And at that moment,i think there was vaginal fluid on my penis. While i was putting on my condom(even while i was taking the condom off after),i could have moved this vaginal fluid to the head of my penis. And if the girl is HIV positive, probably there is HIV in vaginal fluid. Can i get infected with HIV in this situation ?

It sounds as if the condom slipped during withdrawal. If this is the case, the head of your penis remained covered until outside the vagina. There would be NO RISK of HIV here. The condom slipping is a sign that you need to seek out properly fitting condoms as the one you used may have been too large. When properly used, latex condoms should NOT slip nor fail (break).Though it  is NOT a risk for HIV to reuse a condom, it is best hygenically and so as NOT to risk condom failure, to dispose of a condom if you remove your penis from it. Obviously, if you don't have other condoms, you can reuse.
