i tested negative again today teak 7 months..i believe..what is an O.R.L

Teak what is an O.R.L...i tested negative today at 7 months.,..i had t go one last time it was the trush (thrush) that was freaking me out..now my doctor wants me to see a O.R.L ....what is that..is it the same as a E.N.T doctor??
