iWorried about diarrhea

Hi i am having diarrhea since 1 1/2 month i went to doctors and got my stool and blood tests done. They all came negative.3 months after an encounter i got HIV and compleate  STD tests and they all came negative. In a week i will compleate 6 months after the encounter. so after a week i will get  my hiv  checked once  again. But untill then i am very scared about diarrhea which is happening to me now. when ever i eat some thing i have to go to restroom. except in the night time bcos after dinner  i got to bed so i am not having diarrhea in the  night but moring after Breakfast and lunch i have to got to rest room.I am not having any fatigue,fever , Nausa or rapid weight loss or rashes now the only thing i am having is diarrhea. Is this some thng related to HIV symptoms. I came to know that diarrhea is one of the symptom of HIV. Can any one please let me know when will HIV diarrhea occur? How long it will stay?And how seviere it is ?And at what stages of HIV diarrhea occuers? Please help me out. About my sexcual encounter i received unprotected oral sex from a sex worker. And i got sick after 3 or 4 days after that encounter. i have slight fever and sore throght at that time. No enlarged lymph nodes  or any thing else.

Most people that are HIV positive that have diarrhea, it is caused by the HAART medications they are taking and not HIV in itself. Anxiety is one of the major causes of diarrhea.
