icare hiv 1&2 rapid test kit result negative after 77 days of exposure

On 11 June 2016 that is my last exposure with non protection sex with a guy that I have no idea about his sexual activity and health background.
I have asymptomatic but do have sort of butt rash but resolve with hydrocort cream.
I done my rapid test hiv1&2 77days after the exposure and result turn out negative. and 79 days syphilis tppa test turn out negativr too.
Can these result be conclusive?

Going by CDC guidelines you are just short of a technical conclusive result which is 12 wks with a rapid antibody test.
Chances that your hiv result will change at 84 is "very" unlikely.
Sounds like you were the bottom during unprotected sex, being this is the most risky sex for hiv, you may want to take a final test past 12 wks for peace of mind knowing you complied with guidelines.
