The incident thats made me think i have hiv is that i got stuck on the palm of my hand by a wire thats inside a tire that only starts sticking out after your about to get a flat, like long paper clip spikes (not a syringe..so dont get it confused) and dont know and didnt see if my uncle had gotten stuck, so we were changing the tire and he handed it to me and i felt the sting and saw where i got stung it got marked like when you donate blood but no blood came out and i feel like im at some risk since he sleeps with prostitutes i dont know wether or not hes hiv+, but i was like theres no way , so i had and always been having unprotected sex with my wife and we are in a faithful relationship and she was fine too till after this happened i had sex with her she started getting the same symptoms gurgling stomach constipation and she has on and off pains on her right side of the stomach sometimes painful till she goes and has a bowel movement or it goes away by itself .. i mean my symptoms are gurgling stomach and i feel it in my lower rectum and i have to fart, constipated, soft stools all for bout 3 months now and i know its not normal.. at first i had a loss of appetite for the first 2 weeks, ive had tender pain under my armpit only on the right side on the 3rd week, a sore throat on the 6th week i think thrush as my tongue has felt weird and somewhat white, have lost 10 pounds and as im typing this my stomach keeps gurgling and im gassy and constipated been having constipated diarreah this morning its all soft and fluffy

i mean ive never slept with another woman (besides my wife) or prostitute never shared needles dont do drugs so how can this possibly happen to me:(? im scared doctor please answer my question Do i need testing? was i at risk for HIV? is there chance of this happening?  sorry this is long but please doctor take time to read and ANSWER these questions .. Thanks

You have been repeatedly asking this question on the HIV Prevention community and told repeatedly there is no risk.   There is no risk to you from this puncture.  Your concerns are nonsensical.   The symptoms you describe are far more likely to represent anxiety than anything else.  You do not need HIV or any other testing but you do need help in addressing your unwarranted concerns.  I suggest that you seek professional mental health assistance to address this problem.

There is no HIV risk.  There will be no further answers and addition questions will be deleted without comment.  EWH
