I need help so bad.  I got a lot bj through out the year maybe 5.  Im scarred that i got the hiv.  My head hurts on the top and on the back.  my neck is stiff.  i have a sore throat.  My arms are in pain.  Kind feels like it is spreading pain.  The feets burn, itch, and tingle.  iand i got pain around the belly button.  dont know what to do.  dose my symptoms souns like hiv.

And what you describe sounds like symptoms of anxiety as much as anything else.

actually it could be chlamydia or gonareah, but you have not told us your last point of exposure was.  

and yes, it does sound like you are haveing a lot of anxiety.

The good news is this....  HIV, is essentially not transmitted via oral sex & Chlam and gonoreah are curable ailments.

Get your self checked over, because you can spread ilnesses around, and it is not healthy to be unhealty!
