im so worried if i am HIV postive..

Im 21 yrs old gay. I had sex with a person i dont know. its a one night stand. Im a Versa. It was my first time of anal sex. At first he inserted his penis on me, me not knowing he didnt wear a condom but he used a lubricant, it lasted for about 1-2mins until i noticed it. so i stopped it. Then after that i inserted mine on him but i worn a condom. but he wants me to get inside him without a condom. him saying that he's safe. Him trying to take off the condom on my penis and the head of my penis touched the surface of his anal. IM SO WORRIED AND STRESSED NOW. i researched about the symptoms of HIV and after that i always think about it until i cant sleep properly, got headaches, Feverish feeling but didnt got to a point of high fever, Colds ( runny nose ), Cancre/mouth sores, and my heart beats so much that i can always feel that its not normal anymore, at some point i have high Blood Pressure results. its about 8weeks now. I tried HIV testing on the 2nd week and got negative result.

What should I do? Am i Hiv positive from the symptoms i stated and from my sex history?

Test now and at 12 weeks for a conclusive result.It,s the only way to know your status.All the best.

If you test now and get a negative result it is extremely unlikely to change at 12 weeks.
