u do not get hiv from environmental surfaces the virus does not live long once outside the body and unless your client actually put their fluids on something in your office you were not exposed just because they touch something does not mean they had any fluid on there hands
(blood or seamen )and even if they did by the time you came in contact with it the virus would probably be dead anyway i doubt you have any serious risk
