infinite window period ? ( plz help dr.HHH)

this is a weird article i tried to understand it , does it suggest an open window period ??
see the comment number 2 ( my name ) he said when ever you feel sick you should retest , and the doctor agreed with him !!!!
this is totally confused me !

No because they aren't infected.

can you explain me teak:
1. So, even after three months the test wont be reactive (for this individuals)?

2. can they still infect someone else?

Has nothing to do with the window period or seroconversion. Those people just don't get infected.

I didn't see it confusing at all if you understood what CCR5delta32 which is very rare and lucky for those that have it.
