injured receiving oral

i received oral sex yesterday. when the person deepthroated me thrice, i sensed a slight pain as though his teeth had slightly nibbled the skin of my penis after the very brief encounter, i went home, and took a shower and noticed that a very small portion of penis(looked like when you get pricked by a needle) was wounded. Is there a chance of HIV risk or STD risk?
...well the guy told me he hasn't had sex for ten years and he always uses condoms except for oral sex. but that's what they all say...

You never had an exposure. HIV is not transmitted by oral sex.
