injury?

Hello, after 6 weeks I had ear ache with dizziness it stopped but now after 10 weeks it starts again.It's very strange pain and it doesn't look like it will be over.Still without fever

On 7th september boy put finger to my vagina and I started to wonder if he maybe had a small injury on his finger, for example, near nail, where sometimes a part of skin could be cut. Is it possible to have hiv beacuse of it? Or must it be bigger amount of blood? I didn't notice injury but I didn't watch his hands very carefully of course and I think I would have seen bleeding injury. I'm really nervous about symptomps I wrote.
