inner condom with possible viginal fluids

Hi Doctor
Im married 33 year old male with a 2 year old kid.

Recently, I was totally drunk and went to a sex worker for the first
time. I had protected sex with a condom and in the middle of
intercourse, to be more safe, I as per my suggestion, that sex worker
inserted new second condom on already intact condom on my erect penis
which had no fluids and looked dry enough. the time duration for the condom on my penis in air is approximately 3 to 5 seconds.  Later after some 5 to 10  minutes of intercourse again with two condoms, she said my inner condom broke. But as I was
drunk, I didn't bother and continued to have sex for another 5 minutes
and removed both the condoms safely. Does this cause any risk of HIV
for me. Thank you for your reply.

Thank you for your answer. Now I'm relieved as my second condom was not broken and as you said my penis head was always covered. is there a chance of any other STD being infected. If yes, how soon will it reflect. Thank you for answer again.

First, don't use two condoms for penetrative sex.  This just increases the risk of condom failure.  One condom Is enough.

Second, if the second condom you put on was in tact you are still at no risk regardless of what the first condom you put on did.

Third, as long as the head of your penis was covered by either condom, you never had an exposure.  Vaginal fluids on the shaft or gland of your penis doesn't matter.  Once outside the body the outer shell of the HIV virus begins to break down immediately in the environment.  Rendering it inactive.
