Its all upon god it's been a week now ...as I don't know whether the condom broke or not but the lady say that yes the condom broke ...but really guys I dnt feel that..while withdrew I saw semen in it .but y she said so.   ...but if I came positive.....I will never take ART medicine coz it make people in depression a lot and commit them to make suicide ..n even seriou side effects in body organs oh god never. ..it's better to have HIV without treatment ...at least I will live better for 5 years ...it's ok ...I hope till 2020 there will be new hope n new cure ....

Try not to get too worried. HIV transmission from female to male is extremely unlikely. As the poster above commented, the odds of contracting HIV from a one-time unprotected encounter with a KNOWN HIV+ partner are 1 in 1000-2000. However, not being circumcised and pre-existing STDs may lower the odds in your favor.

If you know your partner is HIV+, you need to consult your physician immediately. PEP is extremely effective at preventing infection when administered within 72 hours of exposure.

If you have time , i mean its not passed 72 hours go to your local hospital and ask to give you post exposure prophylaxys.

Anyway, the per act risk for your situation is o,o4% or 1/2500.

But get tested, Condom once breaks is equal to unprotected intrrcourse.
