is a mosquito in the eye classified as 'contamination'?

Hi,
Upon reading, it seems like when doctors state that 'Mosquitoes Do Not Ingest Enough HIV Particles to Transmit AIDS by Contamination' they are referring to a mosquitoes contaminated mouth parts.
Would contamination also include a mosquito flying into your eye if it had just finished feeding on an HIV positive person? Or is there actually a small risk in that scenario?

Sorry but I just feel like I need to know if it is at all possible to contract it this way, however unlikely.

thanks

it seems like a mosquito would carry more blood than the end of a needle though, and since its documented that you can get HIV through splashes of blood in the eye, i don't understand why a mosquito in the eye isn't a risk?

can someone give me an explanation of any sort?
