is a test at 10 weeks ok?

Hello All

I just wanted to ask that is a Test at 10 weeks fine enough to say that I AM FINE?
I had unprotected vaginal sex with a FRIEND of my who is NOT a CSW.

I had Oral sex too with that same girl around 5 weeks back...but thts a diff story...

anyways is  10 weeks fine??
pls comment?
has anyone seen  a 10 week negative turn positive at 12 weeks??
isnt 10 weeks fine???   our body doesnt have calender dates nor does it know calender dates...so isnt 10 weeks fine?or it can take 2 weeks more to be sure?pls comment?
1 more info . . .   after i had vaginal sex with that friend of mine...i got paranoid and asked her to test and she tested 1 week after our incident then again   after 3 weeks... she tested...it was negative...........

i had two tests after tht vaginal episode.....   one at 7 weeks then 10 weeks...both negative...

Can you count? How many times do you have to be told when you can get a conclusive test result.

1) what are the chances of a 7 week and a 10 weeks Negative Hiv Test to turn positive at 13 weeks?(for unprotected vaginal sex with a FRIEND not a CSW)
2) Do i need a Test for receiving a blow job?if so then wht if i test at 39 days is it gud enuff as 6 weeks?

As i stated before that the girl with whom i had unprotected VAGINAL SEX ...(she is a frnd) she tested NEGATIVE 1 week and then again after 3 weeks of our sexual episode)

can  i assume that when she had sex with me she was NEGATIVE?
or cud she have been in her window period?

it wasnt intended..she was giving me a handjob but she began sucking soon after..
