is it a symptom of HIV?

Dear Doc/experts,

I've a unsafe contact with an unknow HIV status male exactly a month ago (his finger, with cum on it, has probably touched my anus given there's wound on it). Then everything was fine except i've got a very tiny sore in my mouth about 20 days of the incident which healed itself in 3/4 days. But then here is the thing, a got a mild stomach-ache last week (about 25 days after the incident) which last for 4/5 days until today. It involves some semi-watery and semi-formed stools at a normal frequency (about 1.5 days once). Until today the stools are somehow well-formed, but the mild stomach-ache still exists. It's not like enormous pain that affects my normal activities, instead it is an uncomfort and mild pain. So may I have your opinion on the follows:
- do you think the stomach-ache (or diarrhoea, i don't know if it should be called) something related to primary HIV infections?
- does ARS type diarrhoea come along or it always come with other symptoms (e.g. fever, which i don't have)?
- How's the real HIV-related diarrhoea look like in the primary infection stage?

p.s. I've got a ureter inflammation from that event (which made me even more worried) and then I was treated with Doxycycline by the clinic on day 8 to day 15. Do you think the stomach-ache (or diarrhoea, wtever) thing related to the med, even i've stopped taking it 10 days b4 the stomach-ache occurred?

Thank you so much for your time. I'm so really stressful and frustrated right now, so really looking forward to your assessment and opinion. Will definitely do the test 3 months after the incident.

amendment regarding the last post: DIDN"T cum in my mouth.

To Teak:

ok.....if no one's gonna answer the diarrhoea problem related to ARS or give me any further comment, I'll just stop here.

Really is that? Cause I was having a hemorrhoid back then which is bleeding, and that someone (who I don't know n I'm terribly regretful for that) use his finger filled with cum,  fresh in a min or two, to touch my anus n may have put into it a little. Is it sound like a direct contact if, touch wood saying, that he is a disease carrier?

BTW, can anyone tell me about the ARS related diarrhoea and does it always come along with fever, or some other symptoms?  Hope that would really soothe me.

The exposure that you describe was not a risk for HIV infection.
