Hi friends I'll just tell straight forward , had unprotected sex with prostitute of unknown status ,
20 days post exposure lab reports
Westerblot test negative
HIV PCR RNA ( below 20 copies )
Having persistent pain abdomen since last 2 months no other symptoms.
So plz help me to analyze my results
Is there any chance f HIV infection ?
Or need further testing

DUO looks for both Ag / Ab , I did antibody test it's 4 th generation , after 20 days is thr any possibility t detect atleast one antibody ?
Instead f Ag I did PCR RNA for viral load , so in the early stage it should b in million of copies ,
So are my results confirmatory ?
