is my oral test result invalid?

at 4 months i did oraquick oral test. before i swabbed my gums with the stick, i touched my upper gum with my fingertip and asked the clinician if that's the area i am supposed to swab. since there is germ/bacteria on my fingertip, would the oral fluid collected on my gums be contaminated? is my negative result invalid?

Your test was done under the supervision of an experienced clinician. Your test is valid, trust the test.

The best thing for you would be a test by a doctor. He knows how to do it and you would trust him more, than an oral home test.
