Of course. Sometimes untreated chlamydia or gonorrhea can develop into PID, which in turn can cause infertility, but that's about it.
sure there is, it depends on which std, and the severity. There is even ways to "sperm wash" HIV. I have no idea how expensive that is, but i am sure it is costly.
Also is your quesion, is there any safe way to get pregnant while haveing an STD? The answer is again yes, I think the real issue has to be with the child birth process. I would assume it would have to be a c-section.... but to be honest I really do not know much about this.
