is there any risk accrding to all these events?

Please read my event and say me if i had real hiv risk or not:

I live in the middle east,  2 years ago i rubbed my penis to the anus of an unknown transsexual woman, i remember there was no penetration, but after that i got severe hiv paranoia, at that time i worked for a lab equipment company so i provided lots of hiv rapid tests for myself, and during the following 1.5 years since that day i tested myself by those rapid tests more than 150 times and all were negative, but 6 months ago i suddenly suspected the accuracy of those rapid tests, so i took some of them to a hiv clinic to check them with known hiv blood samples,
the nurse there checked the devices with some blood sample but they showed nothing, but then we found out that it was not hiv positive blood sample because their own rapid test did not show anything with the same blood sample,  so he repeated the test with another sample and this time my rapid tests showed faint lines and their own rapid test showed better test line,,, again he repeated the test with another blood sample and this time my rapid tests did not show test lines but he didn't test that blood sample with their own rapid tests so this last test sometimes frightens me because my rapid tests didn't show test lines and this makes me more doubtful about their accuracy (the nurse seemed a dizzy person so sometimes i suspect that the last blood sample he used was even hiv positive blood (like his first blood sample) and this helps me calm down), i should mention that my rapid tests' manufacturer claims a 99.9% accuracy for them and theses tests are approved by USAID organization,

anyway, for being sure, i got some of their own hiv rapid tests from him to test myself at home, and left there,  45 minute later i arrived home, i carefully washed my hands and then cut my finger with a razor to collect blood sample, but i was not so careful at this time so my bloody poked finger touched the packet of the rapid test i got from the nurse, my concern:
i am scared if the nurse's gloves were stained with hiv positive blood because she was working on hiv positive blood samples when she gave me the rapid tests, and then my cut finger touched the device packet 45 minutes later at home, and if this put me at risk;

so again i have hiv panick although everybody told me there was no noticeable risk, but 3 months after that day i tested myself with 5 of my rapid tests and 1 of the nurse's rapid tests (all results were negative), again after 2 months i tested myself with 10 of my rapid tests and 2 of the nurse's rapid tests:
all of my rapid tests showed negative result, and the nurse's rapid tests also showed negative results, but after some minutes the nurse's two rapid tests
started to show some bloody line-like taints at the beginning of the test surface from which the sample starts to osmose in the test surface (i mean they did NOT appear in the test area), now again i am really scared because of this event,,
pleae help me and tell me do i have real risks which worth repeating tests or doing an elisa test?
i have a breastfeeding wife and avoided having sex with her during these months but she herself tells me i am scared for nothing, am i at risk?
thanks,

i also remember that i held one of blood filled rapid test in my bare hand to see the result when i was in the clinic, again no risk?
and another question:  isn't it an old idea that hiv can transmit only in sexual intercourse, sharing drug injection and blood transfusion and mother to child?

thanks for reassurances,
but what would you do if you were in my situation? regarding all things i wrote: the rapid tests, the test pockets, fresh cut touching the possible blood, possibility of being injected without noticing or remembering it, having a breastfeeding wife,,,?

Thanks again,

thanks a lot, my real concern is that what if the nurse's gloves had hiv infected blood on them (because he didn't change his gloves after he worked on hiv samples and before he gave me the test devices) and then that made the rapid test packets infected when he was giving them to me and then my fresh finger cut touched the rapid test packet 45 minutes later at home (because my cut really touched it)  ?  no risk?

and i also saw some blood drops on the back waist of my shirt at home,  i guess it was my own blood because i remember that i held my bloody finger near my back for some seconds when i was testing myself at home,  but is there any possibility that an hiv infected person in the clinic injected something into my back when i was in the clinic without me knowing it? (for example by an ultra thin insulin syringe)?

or still you say irrational thoughts and no risk?  i believe in what you (top answerers) advice because you became well informed and experienced about this disease during these years you say, thanks,
