Only some people experience ARS symptoms. Some people don't even know until they get tested. You cannot diagnose HIV by symptoms. Your anxiety could be caused due to anxiety. I had diarhhea on and off for 3 weeks when i was worrying about the same thing. The moment i stopped worrying, it went away.

I would suggest getting a 28 day test, just to rule out the possibility.
Your risk is low, but there is still a risk.

Precum can contain HIV. I'm not sure what you mean by having doubt that it was only 30 to 50 seconds? Any unprotected exposure places you at risk. However risk does not mean you've become infected with HIV. Firstly if we assume your partner has HIV the risk is 1:90. This means you have one chance out of 90 in becoming infected with HIV. If you do not know his status the risk becomes 1:2000+. The only way you can receive assurance is by taking the HIV DUO test at least 28 days after exposure. I'm afraid there is little else to say as you are at risk but the risk is still small but high enough to warrant testing.

You are at risk but the risk is minimal. I suggest you test at 4 weeks with a HIV DUO test, however his HIV status is in doubt if he had unprotected sex with two other men after his negative test. Nevertheless the odds are still in your favour. For anal receptive the chance of infection from a HIV+ person is 1 in 90. The risk is less if status unknown. A significant risk though but still in your favour.

Any anal or vaginal unprotected penetration is a risk. In your case it is a very minimal risk.  For peace of mind you should test at the appropriate time.
