is this a high risk?

6 weeks ago I had sex with a prostitute... I know, stupid!  Anyway, I used a condom, but I did go down on her for literally only 3-5 seconds and I made sure just the tip of my tongue hit only her clit.  It now 6 weeks later and I have had almost every symptoms of HIV.  Swollen lymph nodes, sore throat, fatigue, dryness of mouth, white film like things on my tongue but not spots just film in the back only, NOT on the sides.   I also have had this rash for a week, but its not the typical rash I see in HIV photos. Mine is NOT raised at all.  Its like my entire skin is like pinkish, red, but yellow at the same time.  No one has really noticed yet unless I say something.  Its hard to see, but it is there.  Its kind of burns and my skin is pretty hot feeling.   This is evenly distributed all over my body from head to toe, but tough to see.  I am freaking out!!!
    So my questions are:
       1.  Was my oral sex on her a high risk?
       2.  Is this a typical HIV rash?
3.. Based on your experience, is this possibly HIV or Hepititis?
  Thanks, for responding.
