is this possible?

At work today the mail man came in with the mail bag.  When i was opening the bag i think something wet touched my jumper and then i touched my jumper.  Im worrying as now im thinking it could have been blood or something yucky like that.  The wet stuff got on my hand and i have rough skin but not quite open cuts.  Should i worry?

jumper is an item of clothing, like a tshirt only thicker.  So im not at risk if it the wet fluid got on my item of clothing?
