its not in my head

had unprotected sex and got tested 3 months afterwards and test were neg accept for hep c but now im having persist chills and itchiness. I had a slight diarerra but it went away. No rash but i think my nodes are swollen. My thoat is not sore but at times it feels funny like its tryn to sore up. If i didnt have hiv then why the chills and itchiness? Does these sound like hiv?
