just had my 10 week test

Hi everyone.

I just come back from the GUM clinic and had my blood taken for another test. I am really scared waiting for the results in 14 days. I know you all say oral is no risk, but I am still scared.

I have 2 questions if you could answer for me.

Do GUM clinics use different needles for each test because today was a smaller needle which I did not feel a thing? My first test I had before was a bigger needle and it hurt a bit.

One other question, the needle they used today was a small needle with a big round opening at the top where they push in the container to collect the blood. This needle wasn't in a package but the nurse assured me it was safe and I could see it was clean and never used. She also had another needle on the tray which she didn't use and it was sealed.

If you are not IV druger, cancer, hapertists, chemo... This is your conclusive test, you have no  risk.

I just hope my test is negative. I will put this 10 weeks of hell behind me. Thanks for the support.
