lap dance an my underwear

please help i am so scared.

I recently went to a strip bar and a stripper while naked gave me a dance on my lap , she unzipped my pants  and  she started rubbing her pu**y on my underwear(brief), in between the dance i touched her all down. the lap dance was for about 1/2 hour and after dance i did not noticed any sport or wetness on my underwear  , my question is that any of the above actions can cause one to contract stds, and if so when should i get a test.

transmission requires unprotected PENETRATION.

Hi,

Please help i am scared.
12 days ago i went to a massage parlor and had a hand job with out a condom from the lady and i haven't did any thing else.
