licked a CSW and Fingured unprotected - risk of HIV

Please help..!

Last Month on 21st - I had protected sex with 2 sex workers on the same night with 1 or 2 hours gap.
I used condoms for both vaginal sex.
Before I had sex, I had oral with both the CSWs. They gave me a BJ and I licked and fingered them.

My Concern is - I had few minor cuts on my index and middle finger with no bleeding. I also 1 days before this encounter - I accidentally bit my own tongue tip and it hurt a lot with little bleeding, infact I could taste some blood hours after I bit my own tongue.
Next day, I happen to meet these girls and I had sex and oral.
My question is - though I had protected vaginal sex - my fingers were not protected when I fingered them and my fingers had some minor cuts and cracks around the nails (no bleeding). Also I licked both their vagina very passionately with my wounded tongue.
I dont know their HIV status.

Two weeks after this incident - I had mild fever for a day and mild sour throat. The fever got cured the same day by night but the sour throat took around 3 days to go away but left me with some very mild irritations in throat that lead me to cough a little harder and more frequently. I checked my throat in mirror and it looked all normal inside with some mild reddishness due to frequent coughing.
I have this mild coughing even today almost for the past 2 weeks, but no other symptoms like rashes. I dont smoke.

What are my chances of getting infected with HIV from these CSW. Are my symptoms suggestive that I may have been infected. I am planing to get tested in the coming month but I am in a mental trauma now due to this, I need your serious advise on my situation.
How risky is giving cunnilingus assuming the receiver is infected ?
Does HIV transfer through oral wounds and cuts while giving Cunnilingus to an infected person?

I am more worried about the one day old wound on my tongue. I licked both these sex workers very intently. Is there still no risk from the one day wound. I read on internet about viral load. What if the viral load was high for these sex workers.
Plz plz plz advise. I am getting crazy thinking about this.
