lymph node

I had a protected sex with csw about 2 weeks ago and have been feeling fatigue few days after the exposure and been having throbbing pain under the armpit and the groin area (lymph node).  I saw a family physician last week and he didn't notice any swollen lymph node.  I so have to admit I have toching and pinching the nodes since last week and curious to know if thats causing the pain.  Can fatigue set in after few days after exposure? Is throbbing lymph nodes a one of the usual symptoms for HIV?  thanks in advance
