made BIG mistake VERY worried bout risk

last night/ early hours of this mornig i fingered a girl i know, she also fingered herself,after speaking ot her today, she has told me that she had unprtected sex on 2nd novermeber and was tested on the 20th of novermber and clamidea or gohniaroa (sorry for the speleling) came back positve and she informed me she has been tretting it for 2-3/ 4weeks week i think , I AM SO SCARED becasue althought being tested for HIV and it coming back negative it was only 2 weeks and five days after exposure she got tested, so this result surely isnt a plasuable result becasue it is too early after exposure, is that the case and also can i be infomed of the window period for women. the reason i am so scareed is becasue the fingere i fingered her with had a cut on on im sure i done it previous to fingering when i fell over  2 /3 hours befor fingering her, when i realised the cut was there it had dried so im usre if it was open during the fingering, after gettin home and washing my hands the scab remived and its like a chunk cut, and was fairly fresh once scab removed slight deepish...CAN you trasnmit HIV throught fingering with a cut.. AND can you transmit ghonoria and clamideya throught an open cut, Finally she had also fingered herself briefly and did rub her hands on my face and neck and round my lips, althought not feeling any veginal fluids i do constantly lick my lips and if i hapeend to non intentionally lick vignial fluids with my touge can i catch HIV, or ghonoria and clamydia (chlamydia) like this, i have had a stiniging on my tounge for a while but cant tell if there this is an open cut( if there is ) AND... i do have a cut on my bottom lip iniside, CAN I catch HIV or CLAMEDIA and ghonoria like this
