Hello all, this forum has been great and it has kept me from going insane, however i am still stressed out and suffering from anxiety mainly because I am married with children and I fear of exposing my family to HIV.

My situation is as follows:

Had an encounter with an unknown older male I hooked up online who swears is DDF, Clean etc... we engaged in mutual masturbation nothing more than that. ( this was my first bi experience out of extreme curiosity all my life, now i know I am not turned on at all by another man)

I had a day old cut on my thumb where you could still see pink inside of it, but no blood coming out of it but it burned and hurt. During the masturbation his precum or semen could have gotten into my wound on my thumb.

secondly he masturbated me ( I am uncircumcised) and I think he could have had semen or precum on his hand, my fear about this is although I didnt see any sores, cuts lession on my penis I could have had some little bumps lessions that I couldnt see from genital herpes, I have never been diagnosed with genital herpes but I have had cold sores on my lips and I remember having lessions like cold sore in my penis twice in lets say 10 years.

I went to the Dr and I was given prophylaxis for common STDS like ghonorrea, syphilis etc but nothing for a possible HIV exposure.

What's my risk ./ exposure. I have not had sex with my wife and I am afraid of having sex with her because I am not going to expose her.

BTW, my lower back is killing me and my left armpit hurts and my thighs are having pain and spasms
