massage parlor cut on finger

Hello Doctor

I have read the forum , and I have found answers to similar questions,,, but even though after reading the forum, my question might seem a little silly,, I have been very anxious and it will help  me if you can give me an answer to my own question.

Went to a massage parlor,,,I have two things I want to ask you about any risk.
1. girl didnt give me oral,, but did lick a little my testicles, only with tip of tongue,,, and gave me a kiss, closed mouth just with lips to the head of my pinus. is there   any risk at all with this

2. touched girl vagina but only over her underwear and for no more than 5 to 10 seconds and soft,, did not get finger in,,, my worries are that after the masage I went to wash my hands and noticed a small cut on the back of my finger about half cm.. with a little dry blood,, I have no idea when i cuted my self.  but did not get my hand under her pantys ,, just over them , and as I mentioned for no more than 10 seconds and not hard,, did not feel pantys wet or anything but cant be sure.

Thanks doctor ,,  I hope there is no reason but i have been very anxious over this.

If you have indeed read the forum and seen "similar questions", you can be sure the answers will be the same.  Nobody ever caught HIV from the sorts of events you describe. And you probably have also seen statements about how rare HIV is in massage workers and commercial sex worker, and in the comment below you describe someone who seems to be at especially low risk.

1) Saliva doesn't transmit HIV and neither does kissing or mouth contact with skin of the scrotum or anywhere else.  No risk.

2) Fingering and other kinds of hand-genital contact have never been reported to transmit HIV, even with cuts on hands.  If it happens, the risk is too low to measure or worry about.

3) There is no need for HIV testing after such an exposure.

4) I never guarantee someone isn't infected, but if I were in your situation, I would continue unprotected sex with my wife.
