massage scratch

Question. I went to massage parlor last night.  No oral, anal, sex or any kind, even handjob. The place advertised in therapeutic massage, so I was suprised when the girl offered to jack me off and do it topless.

ANyways, I checked the girls hands prior to the massage, no cuts, sores that I could see. Problem, I have several red scratches on the side of my leg from itching.  She massaged me lightly over this area and used lotions.  She says she sanitized her hands prior to the massage.  The red scratches (or dots, only one seemed to be open) were not bleeding, unless you pushed them really hard.

I am very nervous. If she had a scratch or cut that I did not recognize, and it got in contact with my scratches what are my chances of getting a disease of any kind, let it be hiv,or anything. The red dots are what you would expect to see after you have been itching yourself.
